Born George Boswell, but is famously known as “Winston Niney Holness” is planning to re-claim his spot in the music industry with his album which is scheduled to release in early 2021. “Thank You”, which is one of the songs on his self-produced album was done with Sly Dunbar; the drummer, Robbie Lyn; they keyboardist and Flabba Holt; the bassist. Without revealing too much, Holness mentioned to his publicist that his comeback album will have 14 singles which include a cover of “Bob Marley’s Three Little Birds”. Holness, a Montego Bay-born star, has been recognised as one of reggae’s greatest producers. He made his name with his smashing hit “Blood And Fire” in 1971 in the United Kingdom. Two years later, he continued producing hit songs as a producer for his Observer Label with Dennis Brown (Cassandra, Westbound Train) and Ken Boothe (Silver Words). He also produced hits by Gregory Isaacs (Slavemaster), Sugar Minott (Lover’s Race) and Third World (Roots With Quality).
