Gregory Isaacs Dies at 60

Another Reggae icon, Gregory Isaacs has died.  Gregory Isaacs died October 25, 2010 in London.

The singer, considered one of Reggae’s royalty  produced over  50  albums  and is  best known for his single “Night Nurse”

 

Gregory Isaacs had been ailing and was said to be doing test in London but friends of the artiste in Jamaica were aware that he was quite ill and have been hoping for the best.

 Isaacs finally succumbed to his illness this morning.  He died from  cancer and is survived by his wife  and children.

 

Reggae Times joins with the music fraternity and fans in expressing our deepest sympathies to Gregory’s family.
