If U.S Sprint Queen Marion Jones is found guilty for taking banned substances, then Jamaica's medal count will rise. The athlete who came under pressure after the controversial ABC 20/20 interview with Victor Counte; who is now facing charges for supplying illegal drugs to athletes, named Jones as one of his clients.

Victor Conte, the founder and president of Bay Area Laboratory Co-Operative, a nutritional supplement company, told ABC's "20/20" news show he supplied Jones with a variety of drugs from August 2000 through September 2001. Tanya Lawrence who finished third in women's 100 meters would also be awarded with a silver medal.

Beverly McDonald would move up from forth to a bronze medal position in the women's 200 meters.

And

The women's 4x 100 meters relay would also be affected, improving Jamaica's silver medal to a gold.

The total upgraded tally of medals from the Sidney Olympic 2000 would stand at one Gold, four Silver and four Bronze.
