Chevelle Franklyn

Having achieved great success with her debut gospel album, “JOY”, which won five (5) awards in the 2002 Caribbean music Marlin awards, Chevelle, in 2005 is now ready to launch her second creation “HIS WAY”

HIS WAY, a contemporary gospel masterpiece, blends upfront reggae rhythms with Chevelle’s outstanding vocals, to produce a spiritually unique mainstream album.  Blessed with working with the cream of reggae producers, such as Sly & Robbie, Christopher Birch and Rohan Dyer, Chevelle has pioneered a unique market in becoming one of the first female dancehall gospel artiste. His Way features the melodic thought-provoking hit single, “Come, King Jesus”, the outstanding re-make of the international hit song, Dancehall Queen, and Before You, a track which shows the diversity of Chevelle’s ministry as she enters into intimate worship.

In Chevelle’s words, “HIS WAY is going to take you on a journey, its going to have you stand and praise God like never before and then fall on your knees to worship him, with a thankful heart because he alone is God. It’s going to cause you to think about things not your way but HIS WAY.”
