Baritone Reggae Singer Bushman Returns to the Music Spotlight

Dwight  Duncan otherwise known by his stage name Bushman”born in 1973. Hails from  the  community of Prospect Beach, St Thomas in Jamaica. The Jamaican baritone reggae musician Bushman was brought up in a Rastafarian culture from an early age, So it was easy for him to transition into Reggae music. He is known to be among the most successful contemporary reggae artists back in the early 90’s and is noted for his high number of conscious releases such as ”Life Ain No Bed a Rose” among many others.

After taking a few years off from the musical scene Bushman is back with a new album titled “The Bush Doctor” which is comprised of thirteen tracks. This  project is in recognition of and to pay respect and tribute to musicians such as Peter Tosh, which had major influence on him becoming a artiste. It also features the timeless covered classic Mama Africa featuring Buju Banton and Don’t Look Back featuring Tarrus Riley. The album was released January 23 ,2018 by Zojak WorldWide which is a full Service music Publishing & Digital distribution company.

Earlier in 2018 at an interview at Rebel Salute 2018 Bushman vowed to never disappoint his fans presently or in the future. The artist delivered an energetic set to an audience locked in anticipation.  The artiste commented on the great feeling of the audience being in-tune with his old hits and that they gravitate to every beat. This year will be a busy year for Bushman as he is in promoting mood for his album. His schedule for this year,which will have him journeying to many places, as a Caribbean Tour kicks off at the end of March after which he will make a stop in Hawaii before heading back home to Jamaica but only to rest before New Zealand dates prelude his packed summer tour in Europe.
